What we collect

When you fill in the "Request access" form, we get the details you type in: your name, company, email and any note. We also record the internet address your request came from, so we can turn away repeated spam.

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply to you about Ductbook. We don't sell them, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it's kept

Requests are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the Ductbook app, and are emailed to us through Google. Their servers may be outside Canada.

We keep a request for up to two years, or until you ask us to delete it.

Seeing or removing your details

To see what we have about you or to have it deleted, reply to any email we've sent you, or send the form again with "privacy" in the note. We'll answer within 30 days.
